The method
Every MHA engagement runs through the same five phases. They scale with the project but don't get skipped.

Sequence, budget, schedule, risk. A plan precise enough to execute against and honest enough to revise.

Execute, monitor, adjust. Weekly cadence, clear reporting, no surprises that should have been seen.

Deliver, hand off, document. The engagement ends with everything in your hands, not just the deliverable.
